摘　　要：为了解决初期雨水的溢流污染问题,介绍了一种溢流雨水快速絮凝一体化装置,该处理装置由左向右依次设置加药单元、絮凝单元、沉淀分离单元;其中加药单元包括储药容器、吸药管、加药管以及计量泵;絮凝单元包括絮凝池、减速电机、由减速电机驱动的转轴、安装于同一转轴上的第一搅拌框、第二搅拌框、第三搅拌框以及搅拌叶;沉淀分离单元包括沉淀池,排泥管和排泥阀。该装置和传统的絮凝沉降装置相比,大幅减少了占地面积、降低了运行成本。In order to solve the overflow pollution problem of initial rainwater,an integrated device for rapid flocculation of overflow rainwater is introduced.The device is equipped with dosing unit,flocculation unit and sedimentation separation unit from left to right;The dosing unit comprises a drug storage container,a drug suction pipe,a drug feeding pipe and a metering pump;The flocculation unit comprises a flocculation tank,a reduction motor,a rotating shaft driven by the reduction motor,a first mixing frame,a second mixing frame,a third mixing frame and mixing blades installed on the same rotating shaft;The sedimentation separation unit includes sedimentation tank,sludge discharge pipe and sludge discharge valve.Compared with the traditional flocculation sedimentation device,this device greatly reduces the floor area and operation cost.
