摘 要:目的分析LED蓝光灯在新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中的临床效果。方法方便选择2022年6—11月徐州仁慈医院收治的42例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(21例,普通蓝光灯治疗)和观察组(21例,LED蓝光灯治疗)。对比两组治疗效果、平均光照时间、临床症状改善情况、肝功能指标以及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.860,P<0.05)。观察组平均光照、黄疸消退、胎便排空时间为(48.11±1.25)h、(5.13±0.86)d、(39.65±6.28)h,均短于对照组,大便次数为(5.12±1.02)次/d,多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.485、3.469、8.388、2.674,P<0.05)。两组治疗前血清总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.596、5.578、2.367,P<0.05)。观察组无不良反应发生,低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.861,P<0.05)。结论LED蓝光灯在新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中效果显著,可减轻新生儿病症,改善其肝功能,促进其预后恢复,且不良反应少。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of LED blue light in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 42 children with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Xuzhou Renci Hospital were convenient selected as the research objects(from June to November 2022).They were divided into control group(21 cases,treated with ordinary blue light light)and observation group(21 cases,treated with LED blue light light)by random number table.The treatment effect,average light time,improvement of clinical symptoms,liver function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,higher than the control group´s 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.860,P<0.05).The average light exposure,jaundice subsided,and meconium emptying time in the observation group were(48.11±1.25)h,(5.13±0.86)d,and(39.65±6.28)h,all shorter than those in the control group,the number of stools was(5.12±1.02)times/d,which was more than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.485,3.469,8.388,2.674,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of serum total bilirubin(TBil),direct bilirubin(DBil)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.596,5.578,2.367,P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the observation group,and lower than that in the control group 28.57%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.861,P<0.05).Conclusion LED blue light has a significant effect in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.It can relieve neonatal symptoms,improve its liver function,and promote its prognosis recovery,with few adverse reactions.
