家属一体化护理干预在行单侧唇裂整复术患儿围术期的应用效果

摘　　要：目的给予行单侧唇裂整复术的患儿在围术期应用家属一体化护理干预,观察干预效果。方法随机选择2019年10月—2022年10月在福建省立医院行单侧唇裂整复术的患儿中90例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别应用家属一体化护理干预措施(研究组45例)和常规护理措施(对照组45例),对比两组患儿的住院时间、心理韧性、疼痛感等情况。结果护理后,研究组患儿的住院时间(7.90±0.54)d,个性特征评分(25.69±4.53)分,人际关系(14.16±2.55)分,应对方式(30.31±3.06)分,家庭影响(16.73±3.20)分,VAS评分(3.16±0.41)分,CBCL评分(15.20±3.06)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.058、2.674、2.133、3.454、3.376、3.952、3.202,P<0.05)。结论在行单侧唇裂整复术的患儿中,于围术期采用家属一体化护理干预措施,护理效果良好。Objective To apply family-integrated nursing interventions to children undergoing unilateral cleft lip revision during the perioperative period and observe the effects of the interventions.Methods Ninety cases of children who underwent unilateral cleft lip revision in Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,and family-integrated nursing interventions(45 cases in the study group)and conventional nursing measures(45 cases in the control group)were applied.The length of hospitalization,mental toughness,and pain perception of the children in the two groups were compared.Results After care,the children in the study group had a length of stay of(7.90±0.54)d,a personality trait score of(25.69±4.53)points,an interpersonal relationship score of(14.16±2.55)points,a coping style score of(30.31±3.06)points,a family influence score of(16.73±3.20)points,a VAS score of(3.16±0.41)points,and a CBCL score of(15.20±3.06)points,all of the above indicators were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.058,2.674,2.133,3.454,3.376,3.952,3.202,P<0.05).The intervention effect was better in the study group than in the control group.Conclusion In children undergoing unilateral cleft lip revision,the use of family-integrated nursing interventions in the perioperative period was effective.
