术前正念放松训练联合心理疏导对眼科局部麻醉老年患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探究在眼科接受局部麻醉的老年患者中联合应用术前正念放松训练法与心理疏导法的效果。方法方便选取2021年1月—2022年9月期间在福建医科大学附属协和医院眼科接受局部麻醉干预的86例老年患者为研究对象。根据不同护理干预方法分组,其中给予心理疏导的43例患者为对照组,在心理疏导基础上给予术前正念放松训练法的43例患者为研究组,对比分析两组患者的心理情绪评分、睡眠质量和护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组患者的HAMA评分(4.37±2.11)分、SAS评分(40.45±4.45)分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=6.300、3.605,P<0.05)。研究组患者的睡眠障碍、功能障碍和睡眠效率评分分别为(1.34±0.23)分、(1.32±0.21)分、(1.32±0.22)分,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.952、4.312、3.656,P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度95.35%高于对照组81.40%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05)。结论对眼科局部麻醉患者应用术前正念放松训练与心理疏导具有较高的临床应用效果与价值。Objective Explore the effectiveness of combining preoperative mindfulness relaxation training with psychological counseling in elderly patients undergoing local anesthesia in ophthalmology.Methods 86 elderly patients who received local anesthesia intervention in the ophthalmology department of Union Hospital Affiliated Fujian Medical University to from January 2021 to September 2022 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.According to different nursing intervention methods,43 patients who received psychological counseling were divided into the control group and 43 patients who received preoperative mindfulness relaxation training on the basis of psychological counseling were divided into the study group.The psychological and emotional scores,sleep quality,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the HAMA score(4.37±2.11)points and SAS score(40.45±4.45)points of the study group patients were compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.300,3.605,P<0.05).The sleep disorders,dysfunction,and sleep efficiency scores of the study group patients were(1.34±0.23)points,(1.32±0.21)points,and(1.32±0.22)points,respectively,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.952,4.312,3.656,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group patients was 95.35%higher than that of the control group 81.40%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.074,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative mindfulness relaxation training and psychological counseling to patients under local anesthesia in ophthalmology has a high clinical application effect and value.
