摘　　要：传统甲状腺切除术会于颈部留疤,这会对患者造成社会压力和心理负担,严重影响其生活质量。随着医学的进步、科技的创新以及患者美观需求的增强,甲状腺手术经历传统开放的甲状腺切除术-电视辅助甲状腺切除术-腔镜甲状腺切除术-机器人甲状腺切除术,以获得更好的美容效果。本文主要结合国内、外相关文献就腔镜在甲状腺切除术中的临床进展进行综述,为当前腔镜在甲状腺外科中的应用提供一定参考。Traditional thyroidectomy will leave scars on the neck,which will cause social pressure and psychological burden to patients,and seriously affect their quality of life.With the advancement of medicine,the innovation of science and technology,and the increase of aesthetic needs of patients,thyroid surgery has changed-traditional open thyroidectomy-TV-assisted thyroidectomy-endoscopic thyroidectomy to robotic thyroidectomy,to obtain better cosmetic results.This article mainly reviews the clinical progress of laparoscopy in thyroidectomy combined with domestic and foreign literature,and provides some reference for the current application of laparoscopy in thyroid surgery.
