摘　　要：抗癌扶正方是金华市中医院治疗非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的经验协定方,是治疗NSCLC的临床诊疗思路及用药经验的总结。方剂临床应用可在益气养阴、扶正固本的基础上,再佐加清热解毒、行气祛痰,同时兼顾健脾和胃以防止癌瘤复发转移,可缓解放化疗引起的不适症状,使患者带瘤生存,提高生活质量。抗癌扶正方的用药特点及抗癌机制无论在理论文献还是临床应用上均显示了平稳的药效和确切的疗效,值得进一步挖掘研究和推广应用。The Anti Cancer Fuzheng Formula is an empirical protocol for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)at Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and is a summary of clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and drug experience in the treatment of NSCLC.The clinical application of the prescription can be on the basis of nourishing qi and nourishing yin,strengthening the body and consolidating the body,and then adding heat-clearing and detoxifying,promoting qi and eliminating phlegm,and at the same time taking into account the strengthening of the spleen and stomach to prevent cancer recurrence and metastasis.It can alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy,enable patients to survive with tumors,and improve the quality of life.The medication characteristics and anti-cancer mechanism of Anticancer Fuzheng Prescription have shown stable efficacy and definite curative effect in both theoretical literature and clinical application,and are worthy of further research and popularization.
