摘  要:文章选取广东省梅州市各县(市、区)2011-2020年的人均水资源量、人均供水量、水资源利用率、供水模数、农业用水率、城市居民生活用水指标、农村居民生活用水指标、万元工业增加值用水量、生态环境用水率等指标数据,运用多指标综合评价法-密切值法构建梅江流域水资源承载力评价指标体系,对梅江流域水资源承载力时空特征进行评价分析。主要研究结论如下:①除梅江区外,梅州市总体水资源状况良好;②时间上,梅州市梅江流域水资源承载力处于“升高-降低-升高”的波动状态,其中2014年最大,而2020年最小;③空间上,除了位于下游地区的梅江区,其他县(市、区)的水资源承载力较好;④2020年梅江流域水资源开发利用状况与《梅州市水资源综合规划(2010—2030年)》中的水资源规划目标吻合。This paper selected the data of per capita water resources,per capita water supply,water resource utilization rate,water supply modulus,agricultural water consumption rate,water use index of urban residents,water consumption index of rural residents,water consumption per 10,000 yuan of industrial added value,and eco-environment water consumption rate of all counties(cities and districts)in Meizhou City,Guangdong Province from 2011 to 2020,the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity in Meijiang River Basin was constructed by using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method and osculation value method,and the temporal and spatial characteristics of water resources carrying capacity in Meijiang River Basin were evaluated and analyzed.The main conclusions are as follows:①except Meijiang District,the overall water resources of Meizhou city are in good condition;②in terms of time,the water resources carrying capacity of Meijiang River Basin in Meizhou City is in a fluctuating state of"rising-decreasing-rising",with the largest in 2014 and the smallest in 2020;③in terms of space,except Meijiang District,which is located in the downstream area,other counties(cities and districts)have better water resources carrying capacity;④the development and utilization of water resources in Meijiang River Basin in 2020 is consistent with the water resources planning objectives in Meizhou Water Resources Comprehensive Plan(2010-2030).
