摘　　要：新时期推动海洋经济高质量发展,离不开海洋标准化工作的助力支持。海洋标准在提高海洋经济发展质效、创新海洋科技应用、支撑海洋治理、助力海洋生态环境保护、规范海洋资源资产管理等方面发挥了基础支撑、示范引领和规范保障作用,为海洋经济的全面均衡发展提供了技术和方法依据。基于我国海洋经济标准化工作现状和需求,未来海洋经济标准化工作应重点从推动海洋经济全域标准化、提升海洋经济发展标准整体效益、增强海洋经济标准化开放活力、以标准化促进海洋科技创新驱动等方向寻求突破,而以标准提升海洋经济的工作重点应放在突破海洋关键技术标准、巩固海洋产业发展基础、引领海洋新产品新业态新模式快速健康发展、增强海洋产业链和供应链稳定性四个方面。The high-quality development of marine economy in the new era cannot be achieved without the help and support of marine standardization.Marine standards have played a fundamental,exemplary and normative role in improving the quality and efficiency of marine economic development,innovating the application of marine science and technology,supporting the marine governance,facilitating marine eco-environmental protection,and standardizing the management of marine resources and assets,it provides a technical and methodological basis for the comprehensive and balanced development of the marine economy.Based on the current situation and needs of marine economy standardization work in China,the future marine economy standardization work should focus on promoting the sea-wide standardization of marine economy,improving the overall efficiency of marine economy development standards,enhancing the open vitality of marine economy standardization,and promoting marine science and technology innovation driven by standardization.Besides,the focus of the work to improve the marine economy by standards should be on breaking through the key marine technology standards,consolidating the development foundation of the marine industry,leading the rapid and healthy development of new marine products,new formats and new models,and enhancing the stability of the marine industrial chain and supply chain.
