摘　　要：“健康中国”和“体育强国”发展战略对全民健身事业的发展提出了明确的指导方向。在不断提高人们健身有效性的同时,健身的安全性更不容小觑。目前,全民健身安全保障体系已大大加强了健身活动中的安全防护措施,但在实际健身中仍会较为频繁地发生意外危险事件,发生突然、难以提前预测,而且致残、致死率较高,无疑增加了部分健身者的心理负担、降低了健身意愿。针对公共体育场所健身活动中意外危险事件识别难的问题,本研究采用大数据分析、人工智能等技术,研发了公共体育场所健身危险事件AI识别和报警系统平台,实现基于视觉、智能穿戴设备的健身过程中意外危险事件(跌倒、溺水、心血管事件)的识别和报警,有效解决公共体育场所意外危险事件识别、报警和应急的问题,提高全民健身的安全性。The development strategy of“Healthy China”and“Leading Sports Nation”have put forward a clear guiding direction for the National Fitness Development.Scientific fitness is a significant mean for health promotion,and scientific fitness needs are individual.While fitness effectiveness is improved,the safety of fitness should not be underestimated.The current national fitness security system has greatly enhanced the protect measures in national fitness activities,but actually,dangerous events still are frequent.Occurring suddenly,difficult to predict,if the resuscitation is not timely,resulting in a high rate of mortality and disability,which undoubtedly adds to the psychological burden of some exercisers.In order to solve the occurrence of accidental and dangerous events in fitness activities,our study adopted to big data analysis,artificial intelligence and other technologies,developed a platform of AI identification and alarm system for fitness dangerous events in public sports places,to realize the identification and alarm of dangerous events(fall,drowning,cardiovascular events)during fitness,which based on vision and smart wearable device,effective solutions for identification,alarm and emergency when dangerous events occur in public stadiums,improving the safety of fitness.
