摘 要:为提高设计效率并降低调试成本,以木窗成型加工机床为应用案例,提出一种基于NX MCD的机电概念设计软件在环虚拟调试方法。首先阐述传统机电概念设计流程,而后引入基于NX MCD的机电概念设计,并以木窗成型加工机床为系统模型完成机电概念设计。利用S7-PLCSIM Advanced与NX MCD建立连接,完成与PLC的联合控制仿真,以此说明基于NX MCD的木窗成型加工机床机电概念设计方案的可操作性,并为后期实物调试阶段有效降低了成本与时间,对机电产品的设计思路具有一定的实际参考意义。In order to improve the design efficiency and reduce the debugging cost,a NX MCD-based mechatronic concept design software in-loop virtual debugging method is proposed with a wooden window molding machine as an application case.The paper firstly describes the traditional electromechanical concept design process,and then introduces the NX MCD-based electromechanical concept design,and completes the electromechanical concept design using the wooden window molding machine as the system model.S7-PLCSIM Advanced was used to establish the connection with NX MCD and complete the joint control simulation with PLC,which illustrates the operability of the NX MCD-based mechanical and electrical concept design of wood window molding machine,and effectively reduces the cost and time for the later physical commissioning stage,and has certain practical reference significance for the design of mechanical and electrical products.
