摘 要:生物传感器是生命科学及临床医学检测试剂研究中最活跃的方向之一,电化学生物传感器是生物传感器中一个重要分支,其具有特异、敏感、响应快速、便携、低成本及操作简便等优点,近年来发展非常迅速,已在多种高发性疾病病毒检测中广泛应用。对电化学生物传感器的原理与分类进行了简介,重点综述了电化学生物传感技术在流感病毒、冠状病毒、寨卡病毒、非洲猪瘟病毒等多种高发性、高传染病毒检测中的应用及研究进展,并介绍了电化学生物传感器在病毒检测领域的未来发展趋势,为促进电化学生物传感器在病毒等病原微生物检测领域中的推广应用提供一种思路。Biosensor is one of the most active research directions in life science and clinical medicine detection reagents,and electrochemical biosensor is an important branch of biosensor and has the advantages of specificity,sensitivity,rapid response,portability,low cost and simple operation.They have developed very rapidly in recent years and have been widely used in the detection of a variety of high incidence diseases and viruses.The principle and classification of electrochemical biosensor were introduced,and the application and research progress of electrochemical biosensor technology in the detection of influenza virus,coronavirus,Zika virus,African swine fever virus and other highly infectious viruses were reviewed.The future development trend of electrochemical biosensor in the field of virus detection was also introduced.It provided an idea to promote the application of electrochemical biosensors in the detection of pathogenic microorganisms such as viruses.
