摘  要:《建筑隔震设计标准》颁布前,很多低烈度区的重点设防类建筑没有进行建筑隔震减震设计。该标准颁布后规定重点监视防御区的重点设防类建筑应按国家有关规定采取建筑隔震减震等技术。根据《建筑隔震设计标准》提出的整体设计法和CCQC复阵型法并结合PKPM-GZ模块来进行低烈度区建筑物隔震设计。以7度区的一所学校食堂为例,论证并展示了整体设计法的隔震设计过程。结果表明通过设置隔震层后,结构的自振周期被延长,有效避开地震波中高频部分从而达到隔绝部分地震能量,减小了地震力,可满足《建筑隔震设计标准》要求。对于低烈度区隔震设计过程中存在的主要问题,提出了解决方法。所得成果可供设计师在低烈度区的重点设防类建筑隔震减震设计工程中参考使用。Before the promulgation of the'Building Seismic Isolation Design Standards',many key fortification buildings in low intensity areas didn’t carry out seismic design.After the promulgation of the standard,it was stipulated that the key fortification buildings in the key surveillance and defense areas should adopt the technology of building seismic isolation and damping technologies according to the relevant provisions of the state.According to the overall design method and CCQC complex array method proposed by‘Building Seismic Isolation Design Standards’,combined with PKPM-GZ module to carry out the seismic isolation design of buildings in the low intensity area.Taking a school canteen in 7 degree area as an example,the seismic isolation design process of the overall design method was demonstrated.The results showed that the natural vibration period of the structure was prolonged by setting the seismic isolation layer.It could effectively avoid the high frequency part of the seismic wave to isolate part of the seismic energy,reduce the seismic force,which could meet the requirements of the‘Building Seismic Isolation Design Standards’.The solution was proposed to the main problems existing in the design process of low intensity zone isolation.The obtained results could be used as a reference for designers in seismic isolation design of key fortification buildings in low-intensity areas.
