摘  要:学风建设永远在路上,有效发挥优秀同伴的互助学习效能是高校优良学风培育过程中不可忽视的重要一个环节。安徽理工大学机械工程学院紧紧围绕不同阶段学习特点,注重打造同伴互助学习品牌,尊重学生个体差异,在实践中不断探索与完善,初步形成了以“大一启航、大二护航、大三领航、大四远航”为主题的全程化、差异化、项目化同伴互助学习模式,建设成效良好。The construction of a good academic atmosphere is always on the way,and effectively leveraging the mutual learning effectiveness of excellent peers is an important link that cannot be ignored in the process of cultivating a good academic atmosphere in universities.The School of Mechanical Engineering at Anhui University of Science and Technology closely focuses on the characteristics of different stages of learning,focuses on building a brand of peer mutual learning,respects individual differences of students,and continuously explores and improves in practice.It has initially formed a full process,differentiated,and project-based peer mutual learning model with the theme of“sailing in the first year,escorting in the second year,piloting in the third year,and sailing in the fourth year”,and has achieved good construction results.
