基于边缘效应的西北地区“生态宜居”乡村建设路径探析

摘　　要：将生态边缘效应理论运用于西北地区乡村振兴与“生态宜居”问题研究,探索适应西北地区特殊区情的乡村振兴之路,不仅有助于拓展生态边缘效应理论的应用范围,而且对探索西北地区“生态宜居”乡村建设路径意义重大。在乡村这一复杂“人化自然”巨系统中,推进乡村振兴,必然存在着生态文明建设子系统与经济建设子系统、文化建设子系统、政治建设子系统与社会建设子系统之间相互影响和相互作用的机制。实现西北地区“生态宜居”乡村边缘优势效应,需要合理确立乡村“生态宜居”的阶段性及渐进性目标,以习近平生态文明思想统领乡村“生态宜居”建设,科学把握水资源开发利用的“度”,建立健全制度机制以确保总体思路“一张蓝图绘到底”。Applying the theory of ecological edge effects to the research on rural revitalization and“ecological livability”in Northwest China,thus exploring a path of rural revitalization tailored to the unique characteristics of the region not only helps to expand the application scope of the theory,but also has significant implications for probing the path of“ecological livability”for rural construction in Northwest China.In the complex macrosystem of“humanized nature”,there are inevitably mecha⁃nisms featuring mutual influence and interaction among the subsystems of ecological civilization con⁃struction,economic construction,cultural construction,political construction,and social construction in promoting rural revitalization.To achieve the edge effects of“ecological livability”in rural areas of Northwest China,it is necessary to establish reasonable phased and progressive goals for rural“ecological livability”,unify the rural“ecological livability”construction under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thoughts,scientifically manage the development and utilization of wa⁃ter resources in the most balanced measure,and establish sound institutional mechanisms to ensure that the overall plan is well-implemented.
