摘  要:针对隧洞内衬混凝土狭小空间泵送入仓难题,提出在泵送主管上对应钢模(钢管)各浇筑窗的位置安装设有截止阀的多通管,在各多通管上接入仓管(下料管)与浇筑窗相连,实现“多窗同步接管、左右同时送料、分层分段浇筑、连续均衡上升、全仓一次成型”的内衬混凝土浇筑思路。经现场试验验证后,在珠江三角洲水资源配置工程多个项目上应用,内衬混凝土浇筑过程无需频繁拆、接泵送管,废弃混凝土少,拆、接管及清管工作量少,劳动强度降低、环境污染小;全仓混凝土可连续不停浇筑,泵送管堵管机率小,施工效率大幅提高;通过控制各多通管上截止阀的开度,有效调整混凝土浇筑部位和速度,实现模板(钢管)左右两侧同步送料、均衡上升,可防止浇筑过程钢模(钢管)位移、变形,保证隧洞内衬结构施工质量。Aiming at the problem of pumping into the silo in the narrow space of concrete lining of the tunnel,it is proposed to install the multi-pass pipe with cut-off valve at the position of each pouring window corresponding to the steel mold(steel pipe)on the pumping main pipe,and connect the silo pipe(discharging pipe)to the pouring window on each multi-pass pipe.To realize the lining concrete pouring idea of“multi-window synchronous nozzle,left and right simultaneously feeding,layered section pouring,continuous balanced rise,one molding of the whole warehouse”.After field test verification,it has been applied in several projects of water resources allocation engineering in the Pearl River Delta.In the process of lining concrete pouring,there is no need to disassemble and connect pumping pipe frequently,less waste concrete,less work of disassembly,taking over and pigging,less labor intensity,and less environmental pollution.The whole warehouse concrete can be poured continuously,the pumping pipe plugging probability is small,the construction efficiency is greatly improved;By controlling the opening of the stop valve on each multi-pass pipe,the concrete pouring position and speed can be effectively adjusted to realize synchronous feeding and balanced rise of the left and right sides of the formwork(steel pipe),which can prevent the displacement and deformation of the steel mold(steel pipe)during the pouring process and ensure the construction quality of the lining structure of the tunnel.It has a good prospect of popularization and application.
