摘 要:桐城抽水蓄能电站自流排水洞及排水廊道TBM掘进施工技术的主要特点为“小断面、长距离、超小转弯半径螺旋独头掘进”。为充分发挥TBM施工优势,在设计上突破传统的三层独立式厂房排水廊道布置思路,将排水廊道大部分洞段整体优化调整为螺旋形一体化布置,与自流排水洞共同形成一条相互贯通连接的长隧洞,结合合理设备选型及适当的出渣运输方案等,提出了类似工程建筑物TBM长距离高效施工解决方案,效果显著,为后续在同类型工程中的推广使用奠定了坚实基础。The TBM construction technique in the gravity drainage tunnel and drainage galleries of Tongcheng Pumped Storage Power Station is mainly featured by small section,long distance and spiral blind heading with ultra small turning radius.In order to give full play to the advantages of TBM construction technique,the spiral layout has been designed for a connected underground drainage gallery which used to be separated in three sections in different layers.This spiral gallery is connected with the gravity drainage tunnel,forming a long tunnel.Together with an appropriate equipment selection and a proper mucking transport scheme,this paper aims to propose an effective solution of long-distance TBM construction for similar project structures.The maximum monthly footage of“Tongxin”TBM excavation has now exceeded 700m,revealing a remarkable effect.The successful application can establish a sound foundation for other similar projects.
