摘　　要：近年来,修山水电站水轮发电机组在运行时轴承润滑油系统监测设备故障频繁,主要表现为监测轴承润滑油系统油流信号不稳定或润滑油中断,造成发电机组事故停机。该文通过对监测轴承润滑油系统示流信号设备和程序分析,提出有效解决发电机组轴承油因示流信号不稳定或中断而引起的机组非正常停机,保证了水轮发电机组的长期稳定运行,取得了良好的效果。In recent years,the monitoring equipment of the bearing lubricating oil system of the hydro-generator unit of Xiushan Hydropower Station has frequently failed during operation,which is mainly manifested by the unstable oil flow signal of the monitoring bearing lubricating oil system or the interruption of the lubricating oil,resulting in the emergency shutdown of the generator unit.Through the analysis of the flow indication signal equipment and program of the monitoring bearing lubricating oil system,it is proposed to effectively solve the abnormal shutdown of the generator unit caused by the unstable or interrupted flow indication signal of the bearing oil of the generator unit,thus ensuring the long-term stable operation of the hydro-generator unit and achieving good results.
