中西医结合治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合(加味金芙膏外敷+牛蒡解肌汤加减口服+泼尼松口服)治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的疗效。方法:选取亚急性甲状腺炎患者60例,采用序贯、随机对照的方法分为治疗组、对照组各30例,疗程两周,评价疗效指标和安全性指标。结果:治疗组临床总有效率93.3%明显高于对照组73.3%;治疗组在改善中医证候评分、甲状腺功能(FT4、TSH)、降低炎症指标(血沉、C反应蛋白)方面都优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合的方法治疗亚急性甲状腺炎疗效显著,比单纯西药治疗更能提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine(modified Jinfu ointment for external application and oral modified Niubang Jieji decoction and oral prednisone)on subacute thyroiditis.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with subacute thyroiditis were divided into two groups by sequential and randomly controlled methods,30 cases in each group.The course of treatment was two weeks.The indexes of efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than 73.3%of control group.The treatment group was better than control group in the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and thyroid function(FT4,TSH)and in the reduction of inflammatory indexes(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein),and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Compared adverse reactions,the difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on subacute thyroiditis is more significant than simple western medicine,so as to enhance the clinical efficacy.
