化肝煎加味治疗肝火旺盛型Graves病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化肝煎加味治疗肝火旺盛型Graves病患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例肝火旺盛型Graves病患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组予甲巯咪唑片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合化肝煎加味,均治疗2个月。比较两组患者甲状腺功能、VEGF水平及中医证候积分。结果:治疗组临床总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后两组患者甲状腺功能、VEGF水平均有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),且治疗组较对照组效果更佳(P﹤0.05)。治疗组患者烦躁易怒、身热、易汗出、口干或苦、多食、寐差积分均较治疗前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);且治疗组改善优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:化肝煎加味可改善肝火旺盛型Graves病患者的甲状腺功能及VEGF水平,减轻患者临床症状,其临床疗效优于单纯的MMI治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Huagan decoction on Graves disease with syndrome of hyperactivity of liver fire.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with Graves disease with syndrome of hyperactivity of liver fire were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with thiamazole tablets,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Huagan decoction on the basis of control group.Thyroid function,VEGF level and TCM syndrome score of patients were compared between two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment in both groups,thyroid function and VEGF level of patients were improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05),and the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).In the treatment group,the scores of dysphoria with irritability,body heat,easy to sweat,dry or bitter mouth,overeating and insomnia of patients were improved compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huagan decoction can improve thyroid function and VEGF level of patients with Graves disease with syndrome of hyperactivity of liver fire,alleviate clinical symptoms of patients,and its clinical efficacy is better than simple MMI treatment.
