树木胸径变化测量仪的设计和有限元分析

摘  要:树木胸径是评价立地质量和林木生长状况以及进行森林经营管理的重要依据,是森林调查中一个非常重要的调查因子,为实现对树木一段时间内胸径变化量的动态测定,设计一种基于胡克定律的树木胸径变化测量仪,将研制的树木胸径变化测量仪测得数据与实验模型分析得到的数据拟合进行对比,并利用Ansys Workbench对其关键部件弹簧进行有限元分析,结果表明:设备测量的平均误差仅为0.11%,仪器工作中弹簧承受最大压力为0.196 N,满足强度要求。树木胸径变化测量仪能够提高树木胸径变化测量效率,降低仪器成本。Tree diameter at breast height is an important basis for evaluating stand quality and forest growth as well as forest management,and it is a very important investigation factor in forest survey.In order to achieve dynamic determination of tree diameter change over a period of time,a dynamic spring tree diameter measurement instrument based on Hooke's law was designed,and the developed dynamic spring tree measurement instrument was fitted with the data obtained from the experimental model analysis.The results show that the average error of the equipment measurement is only 0.11%,and the finite element analysis of its key component,spring,is carried out by using Ansys Workbench.The results show that the maximum pressure of the spring during the operation of the instrument is 0.196N,which satisfies the strength requirement and improves the efficiency of tree diameter at breast height measurement and reduces the cost of the instrument.
