摘　　要：研究探讨了HDPE自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材配方体系中POE和CaCO_(3)填充料的添加比例、自粘胶料、无机防粘材料对主体片材和卷材成品抗穿刺强度的影响。结果表明,HDPE自粘胶膜预铺防水卷材成品的抗穿刺强度主要由主体片材提供,CaCO_(3)填充料的添加会引起片材抗穿刺强度的减小,自粘胶料的存在是造成卷材成品抗穿刺强度衰减的主要原因,无机防粘材料的添加也会引起卷材成品抗穿刺强度的衰减。A study is conducted to investigate the effects of the addition ratio of POE and CaCO_(3) fillers,self-adhesive materials,and inorganic anti-adhesive materials of the formulation system on the puncture strength of the main sheet and finished product of HDPE film reinforced pre-laid self-adhesive waterproofing membrane.The results indicate that the puncture resistance of HDPE film reinforced pre-laid self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is mainly provided by the main sheet material.The addition of CaCO_(3) filling material can cause a decrease in the puncture resistance of the sheet material;the presence of self-adhesive material is the main reason for the attenuation of the puncture resistance of the membrane;the addition of inorganic anti-adhesive material can also cause a decrease in the puncture resistance of the membrane product.
