厨卫间防水材料与瓷砖胶粘结性研究

摘　　要：选用了聚合物水泥类防水浆料Ⅰ型、防水浆料Ⅱ型、防水砂浆Ⅰ型、防水砂浆Ⅱ型和防水涂料Ⅱ型5种装修常用防水材料,研究了不同防水材料与DTA-Ⅰ-Ⅰ型瓷砖胶的粘结性能。通过改变瓷砖胶厚度、铺贴瓷砖的种类、处理环境等因素,对防水材料与瓷砖胶粘结强度进行了测试,为厨卫间装修中防水材料的选用提供了参考。This study selects five commonly used waterproofing materials for decoration,namely polymer cement waterproofing slurry typeⅠ,waterproofing slurry typeⅡ,waterproofing mortar typeⅠ,waterproofing mortar typeⅡand waterproofing coating typeⅡ,to study the bonding performance of different waterproofing materials with DTA-Ⅰ-Ⅰceramic tile glue.By changing the thickness of tile glue,the type of tile and the processing environment,the bonding strength between waterproofing materials and ceramic tile glue is tested,providing a reference for the selection of waterproofing materials in kitchen and bathroom decoration.
