摘 要:以某住宅小区屋面及地下种植顶板为例,介绍了由非沥青基非固化改性橡胶防水涂料与自粘高分子防水卷材组成的新型非沥青涂卷复合防水系统在建筑屋面与顶板上的应用。所述的新型涂卷复合系统均为非沥青环保产品,涂料与基层、涂料与卷材、卷材与卷材的结合可达到满粘,系统的可靠性、耐久性、环保性相比传统的涂卷复合系统也有大幅提升。Taking the roof and underground planted roof of a residential project as an example,this paper introduces the application of a new type of non-asphalt composite waterproofing system composed of non-solidified modified rubber waterproofing coating and self-adhesive polymer waterproofing membrane on building roofs and top plates.The new coating and membrane composite system mentioned are environmentally friendly products without asphalt,and the combination of coating with substrate,coating with membrane and membrane with membrane can achieve full adhesion.The reliability,durability and environmental friendliness of the system are also significantly improved compared to traditional coating and membrane composite systems.
