摘　　要：介绍了一种基于屋面原有地砖进行防水基层处理的屋面渗漏维修方案,该系统方案具有粘结强度高、防水可靠、低碳环保、施工便捷等优点,其具体做法是:在对屋面进行整体排气设计的基础上,先对砖缝进行防水砂浆填平处理,然后大面基层采用一种可对屋面砖进行封闭增强后续粘结的基层处理材料,最后采用屋面水性沥青涂料+SBS改性沥青卷材复合的系统方案,对原有地砖屋面进行防水修缮处理。This paper introduces a roof leakage repair plan based on the waterproofing substrate treatment of the original roof tiles.The system plan has advantages such as high bonding strength,reliable waterproofing,low-carbon&environment friendly,and convenient construction.The specific method is to first fill the tile joints with waterproofing mortar on the basis of the overall exhaust design of the roof;then,a substrate treatment material that can seal and enhance the subsequent bonding of the roof tiles is used for the general base layer;finally,a combined system of waterborne asphalt coating+SBS modified bitumen membrane is used to repair the waterproofing of the original tiled roof.
