满足《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》规定的防水做法探讨

摘　　要：已颁布实施的《建筑与市政工程防水通用规范》(GB 55030—2022)对各类防水工程提出了比以往更高的防水设防要求,为使规范更好地落地,本文围绕一些业内关注的问题,包括一级防水平屋面3道设防、明挖法地下工程一级防水3道设防、室内工程一级防水2道设防如何选材与设置防水层等作了解答,提出了依据实践经验、体现技术可靠与施工方便原则的若干技术方案组合,供同行参考与讨论。The“General code for waterproofing of building and municipal engineering”(GB 55030—2022),which has been issued and implemented,has put forward higher waterproofing requirements for various types of waterproofing projects than before.In order to better implement the code,this article focuses on some industry related issues,including how to select materials and set up waterproofing layers for flat roof of gradeⅠwaterproofing with three waterproofing layers,open cut underground engineering of gradeⅠwaterproofing with three waterproofing layers,and indoor engineering of gradeⅠwaterproofing with two waterproofing layers etc.Several technical scheme combinations based on practical experience and reflecting the principles of technical reliability and construction convenience have been proposed for reference and discussion.
