摘 要:媒体融合背景下,电视媒体的转型历程可被视为分化—融合—分化媒介发展螺旋的一个片段,作为被互联网拉出黄金时代的传统媒介,其转型具有相当的特殊性和分析价值。党的二十大报告指出,要加强全媒体传播体系建设,塑造主流舆论新格局。为此,文章聚焦近年来电视媒体的转型历程,从电视媒体的资源禀赋、竞争优势出发,提出中国式现代化电视事业建设适屏融合、视频创新、视听中国三大创新动力源,可谓正当其时。具体而言,在全媒体传播体系建设的时代要求下,电视媒体转型应具备强烈的问题意识,审慎处理好变量、存量与增量的关系,用系统思维把握三大转型创新:适屏创优变量,转传统劣势为新时期优势;视频创新存量,强化视听传播专业优势;视听创造增量,激发国际传播效能,全面布局视听中国。Against the background of media convergence,the transformation process of TV media can be regarded as a segment of the development spiral:differentiation,integration and differentiation.As a traditional media being driven out of the golden age by the Internet,the transformation of TV media has considerable particularity and analytical value.The report to the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the all-media communication system and shape a new pattern of mainstream public opinion.To this end,the article focuses on the transformation process of TV media in recent years.It starts with the resource endowment and competitive advantages of TV media,and puts forward three major sources of innovation in the construction of modernized Chinese style TV media:screen integration,video innovation and audio-visual China.Specifically,to meet the requirements of the construction of an all-media communication system,the transformation of TV media should have a strong awareness of problems,prudently handle the relationship among variables,stock and increment,and grasp the three major transformation innovations with systematic thinking.The three major innovations include adapting to the screen to create excellent variables and transform traditional disadvantages into advantages in the new era;innovating video stock to strengthen the professional advantages of audio-visual communication;activating audio-visual creation increment to stimulate the effective international communication and the comprehensive layout of audio-visual China.
