摘　　要：目的:分析心理分级护理模式在择期心脏介入手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2021年10月滨州医学院附属医院收治的接受择期心脏介入手术患者50例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予心理分级护理。比较两组心理状态评分、睡眠质量、疼痛程度、护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分与疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。观察组躯体功能、情感功能、社会功能、角色功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:心理分级护理模式在择期心脏介入手术患者中应用效果显著,有助于调节患者心理状态,减轻患者疼痛程度,改善其睡眠质量,提升生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of psychological graded nursing mode in patients undergoing elective cardiac interventional surgery.Methods:From October 2020 to October 2021,50 patients undergoing elective cardiac interventional surgery admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given general nursing,and the observation group was given psychological graded nursing.The scores of mental state,sleep quality,pain degree,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale and pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).The scores of physical function,emotional function,social function and role function in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of psychological graded nursing mode in patients with elective cardiac interventional surgery is significant,which helps to adjust the psychological state of patients,relieve pain,improve sleep quality,life quality and nursing satisfaction.
