县域居住环境下肿瘤患者对延续性护理服务需求的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:调查县域居住环境下肿瘤患者对延续性护理服务的需求。方法:选取2022年3—5月在广安市下辖的5所二级甲等以上县级医院肿瘤科住院的231例肿瘤患者作为调查对象,调查出院后患者延续性护理服务的需求、患者出院后希望接受延续性护理服务的方式、患者希望出院后向其提供延续性护理服务的人员、患者希望出院后实施延续性护理服务的时段、患者希望延续性护理服务费用的支付方式。结果:出院后患者延续性护理服务的需求前3项分别是饮食营养、用药指导、病情观察及应急处理。患者出院后希望接受延续性服务的方式前3项分别是电话随访、返院门诊复诊、专业人员上门访视。更多患者希望住院时的主管医生为其提供延续性护理服务,且时间集中在10:00~12:00。78.35%的患者希望按住院医保费用进行支付。结论:县域居住环境下开展肿瘤患者延续性护理服务应根据患者的需求及实际情况进行,因地制宜,并积极争取医疗保险政策支持。Objective:To investigate the demand for continuous nursing services for cancer patients in the county residential environment.Methods:A total of two hundred and thirty-one tumor patients who were hospitalized in the department of oncology of five Grade II and above county level hospitals in Guang'an City from March 2022 to May 2022 were selected as the investigation objects.The demand for continuous care services of patients after discharge,the way that patients want to receive continuous care services after discharge,the personnel that patients want to provide continuous care services after discharge,the time period that patients want to implement continuous care services after discharge,and the payment method of patients want continuous care services were investigated.Results:The top 3 demands for continuous care services for patients after discharge are diet nutrition,medication guidance,condition observation and emergency treatment.The top 3 ways that patients hoped to receive continuous services after discharge are telephone follow-up,return to the hospital outpatient consultation,and home visits by professionals.More patients expected the doctor in charge to provide continuous care services when they were hospitalized,and the time was concentrated between 10:00 and 12:00.78.35%of the patients hoped to pay according to the hospitalization insurance fee.Conclusion:The continuous care service for cancer patients in the county residential environment should be carried out according to the needs and actual conditions of patients,according to local conditions,and actively strive for the support of medical insurance policies.
