摘 要:目的:探讨“案例分析+项目式教学法(PBL)”模式在医院中药饮片验收鉴定人才培养中的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年11月广州中医药大学顺德医院中药鉴定班的学生40名(包括在职药师、实习生、规培生)为研究对象,根据时间不同分为对照组和试验组,各20名。对照组采用传统教学法教学,试验组采取“案例分析+PBL”模式教学。比较两组学员理论知识考核成绩、中药饮片鉴别实践考核成绩、问卷调查分数。结果:试验组学员理论知识考核平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。试验组学员中药饮片鉴别实践考核平均成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。试验组学员教学效果问卷调查分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:应用“案例分析+PBL”模式式有利于提高学员理论专业知识水平及实践操作技能水平,可为医院中药饮片验收鉴定培训、实习生、中医住医师规范化培训教学提供参考。Objective:To explore the effect of the"case study+project-based teaching method(PBL)"in the training of hospital talents in the acceptance and identification of traditional Chinese herbal medicine tablets.Methods:Forty students(including in-service pharmacists,interns,and trainees)from January 2020 to November 2022 in the Chinese medicine identification class of Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group of 20 students each according to time.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,and the experimental group was taught by"case study+PBL"mode.The theoretical knowledge assessment results,practical assessment results of Chinese herbal medicine identification and questionnaire survey scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The average score of theoretical knowledge assessment of the participants in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026).The mean scores of the practical assessment of the identification of Chinese medicinal herbs were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).The participants in the experimental group had higher scores in the teaching effect questionnaire than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of the"case study+PBL"model is conducive to improving the theoretical expertise and practical skills of the trainees,and can be used as a reference for the training of acceptance and identification of Chinese herbal medicine tablets in hospitals,interns,and the teaching of standardized training for Chinese medicine residents.
