摘  要:文章通过HDY-SMAD全年空调负荷计算预测能源站的冷负荷需求、采用不同能源方案的制冷成本。根据三亚崖州湾深海科教城片区特有的能源价格和周边能源结构分析科教城片区能源站采用冰蓄冷的技术方案。为新建园区的区域供冷研究提供指导和参考性建议。同时结合BIM技术引入智慧管网,提高应急能力及检测效率,具有良好的社会效益及稳定的经济效益,从而为入园企业营造低碳、舒适的办公环境。In this paper,the cooling load demand of energy station and the cooling cost of different energy schemes are predicted by HDY-SMAD annual air-conditioning load calculation.According to the special energy price and the surrounding energy structure of the deep-sea Science and Education City area in Yazhou Bay,Sanya,the technical scheme of ice storage for the energy station in the science and Education City area is analyzed.It provides guidance and reference suggestions for the research of regional cooling in new parks.At the same time,BIM technology is introduced into smart pipe network to improve emergency response capacity and detection efficiency,with good social benefits and stable economic benefits,so as to create a low-carbon and comfortable office environment for enterprises the park.
