摘　　要：文章主要介绍智能楼宇建筑工程概念和特点,从围护结构设计、输电线路敷设、电气设备安装、围护结构保温、混凝土施工、智能警报系统、安全消防系统等角度探究智能楼宇工程施工技术。This paper mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of construction engineering of intelligent building,and explores the construction technology of intelligent building engineering from the perspectives of envelope design,transmission line laying,electrical equipment installation,envelope structure insulation,concrete construction,intelligent alarm system,safety and fire system,etc.
