摘 要:文章总结了建筑自动化系统技术的发展阶段,指出当前建筑行业正处于数字孪生建筑系统阶段,认为:数字孪生建筑系统的显著特征是具有复杂大系统智能涌现性;数字孪生建筑系统的核心技术实现手段是大数据学习控制;“绿色”与“数字”是辩证统一的关系,绿色数字孪生建造为二者的统一应用提供了试验场。提出了碳达峰碳中和历史背景下面向绿色智能建造系统和产品开发的理论及技术方案,全方位构建了基于大数据学习控制的绿色数字孪生建造理论与技术体系。提出了数字孪生建造iMBSE、基于产品全生命周期的数字孪生建造系统工程框架模型、云网边智能协同的智慧建造数字孪生系统模型、大数据机器学习驱动的数字孪生建筑系统研发模型、智慧建造机器学习控制系统设计方法及基于神经网络的智慧建造故障诊断法。This paper summarizes the development stage of building automation system technology,and points out that the current construction industry is in the stage of digital twin building system.It holds that the prominent feature of digital twin building system is the intelligent emergence of complex large-scale system;The implementation approach of key technology of digital twin building system is big data learning control,and the relationship between"green"and"digital"is dialectical unity,the construction of green digital twinning provides a testing ground for the unified application of both.The theory and technical scheme of Green Intelligent Building System and product development under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality are put forward,the construction theory and technology system of green digital twinning based on big data learning control is constructed.The iMBSE for digital twin construction,the engineering framework model for digital twin construction system based on the whole life cycle of the product,the model for intelligent construction of digital twin systems for Cloud Edge Intelligent Collaboration,the R&D model for digital twin construction system driven by Big Data Machine Learning(ml),the design method of ML control system for intelligent construction and the fault diagnosis method for intelligent construction based on neural network are presented.
