摘 要:研究了用真空辅助树脂灌注(VARI)成型工艺制备碳纤维复合材料的耐腐蚀性能,并对采用VARI工艺制备的碳纤维复合材料制件进行了断口形貌分析。结果表明:碳纤维树脂基复合材料的拉伸强度是395.93 MPa,弯曲强度是568.44 MPa,模拟海水中浸泡70天后拉伸性能和弯曲性能的保持率仍能保持在80%以上;腐蚀前环氧树脂与碳纤维编织布总体浸润充分,拉拔孔洞少,腐蚀后树脂对纤维包裹性变差,孔洞变多,但仍保持材料的大部分优良性能。The corrosion resistance of carbon fiber composites prepared by vacuum assisted resin injection(VARI)process was studied,and the fracture morphology of carbon fiber composites prepared by VARI process was analyzed.The results showed that the tensile strength and flexural strength of carbon fiber resin matrix composites were 395.93 MPa and 568.44 MPa respectively,and the retention rate of tensile and flexural properties maintained above 80%after being immersed in simulated seawater for 70 d;The epoxy resin and carbon fiber woven cloth were fully wetted,and there were few drawing holes before corrosion;After corrosion,the wrapping property of the resin to the fiber became worse,and the holes became more,but most of the excellent properties of the material were still maintained.
