摘 要:防蜡是原油开采过程中的重要课题,固体高分子聚合物防蜡剂因其投放方便、高效、经济性高等特点,目前已被广泛用于原油开采中。对石蜡的析出原理、固体防蜡剂的防蜡原理进行了介绍,对固体防蜡剂的研究现状及附着于不溶于水的基材上随压裂液进入地下裂缝的新应用进行了阐述。指出了固体防蜡剂目前研究应用的缺点,并指出未来发展方向。Wax prevention is an important subject in the process of crude oil exploitation.Solid polymer wax inhibitor has been widely used in crude oil exploitation because of its convenient delivery,high efficiency and high economy.In this paper,the precipitation principle of paraffin wax and the paraffin control principle of solid paraffin inhibitor were introduced,and the research status of solid paraffin inhibitor and the new application of the solid paraffin inhibitor attached to the water-insoluble substrate entering the underground fracture with fracturing fluid were reviewed.The shortcomings of the present research and application of solid paraffin inhibitor were pointed out,and the future development direction was put forward.
