摘  要:对国内外结晶技术的研究进展及其在高含盐废水零排放中的应用情况进行了分析。结果表明:结晶技术主要应用于盐化工领域,在高含盐废水零排放中的应用刚刚起步,工程应用中存在很多问题。进料浓度、停留时间、搅拌速率、结晶温度、料液杂质、晶种/母晶、结晶设备等因素对结晶过程以及晶体粒径和产品纯度等具有显著的影响。因此,高含盐废水结晶过程中,可以通过优化选择结晶器形式、适当加入晶种、合理设计结晶温度、加强各类杂质影响结晶过程的机理和实验研究等手段,以增加结晶盐产品粒度、分离提取钾盐和硝酸盐、提高氯化钠和无水硫酸钠产量进而降低杂盐量,解决结晶器堵塞和结垢等问题,以此为将来高含盐废水零排放中结晶技术的发展和结晶设备的优化提供参考。The research of crystallization technology at home and abroad and its application in zero discharge of high salt wastewater were analyzed.The results showed that,the crystallization technology was mainly used in the field of salt chemical industry,and its application in zero discharge of high salt wastewater had just started.There were many problems in engineering application.Factors such as feed concentration,residence time,stirring rate,crystallization temperature,impurity in feed liquid,seed crystal and crystallization equipment had significant effect on crystallization process,crystal size and product purity.Therefore,in the crystallization process of high salt wastewater,the crystallite product size could be increased,potassium salt and nitrate could be separated and extracted,the production of sodium chloride and anhydrous sodium sulfate could be increased by optimizing the crystallizer form,adding appropriate crystal seeds,reasonably designing the crystallization temperature,and strengthening the mechanism and experimental research of various impurities affecting the crystallization process.The paper can provide some reference for the development of crystallization technology and the optimization of crystallization equipment in the future.
