摘 要:乙烯基醚是精细化工中一类重要的中间体和聚合单体,乙烯基醚的主要合成方法有乙炔法、酯交换法、缩醛热分解法、脱卤化氢法等。其中乙炔法合成乙烯基醚采用的固体碱催化剂易分离、可重复使用、选择性高,设备腐蚀、环境污染危害小,可实现大规模工业化生产。综述了近几年固体碱催化剂的类型和制备方法,并对其催化合成乙烯基醚进行展望。Vinyl ether is an important intermediate and polymerization monomer in fine chemical industry.The main synthesis methods of vinyl ether include acetylene method,ester exchange method,acetal thermal decomposition method,dehydrohalogenation method,etc.The solid alkali catalyst used in the acetylene synthesis of vinyl ether is easy to separate,reusable,highly selective,and has little harm to equipment corrosion and environmental pollution,which can realize large-scale industrial production.In this paper,the types of solid base catalysts and their preparation methods in recent years were reviewed,and the prospects for their catalytic synthesis of vinyl ether were also discussed.
