摘　　要：中国石油大连石化公司100万t/a芳烃抽提单元,采用GTC专利工艺技术,以含有环丁砜的专用溶剂Techtiv-100作为溶剂,利用抽提蒸馏原理分离芳烃和非芳。溶剂系统发泡是芳烃抽提单元经常遇到的问题,制约了芳烃抽提装置的平稳运行。主要对发泡产生的现象、原因及处理措施进行阐述和分析。The 1 Mt·a-1 aromatics extraction unit of PetroChina Dalian Petrochemical Company adopts GTC patented process technology.Techtiv-100,a special solvent containing sulfolane,is used to separate raffinate oil and aromatic compounds by extraction distillation.Foaming in solvent system is a common problem encountered by aromatics extraction device,which restricts the smooth operation of aromatics extraction device.In this paper,the phenomenon,reasons and treatment measures of foaming were mainly described and analyzed.
