摘　　要：目的将度洛西汀等抗抑郁药物用于初诊抑郁症患者的治疗中,分析不同药物对初诊抑郁症患者血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法方便选择2020年5月—2022年1月菏泽市第三人民医院精神科收治的82例初诊抑郁症患者作为本次研究对象,双盲法随机分组,各41例。对照组患者应用舍曲林治疗,观察组患者应用度洛西汀治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α指标更接近于正常值,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.12%显著高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.185,P>0.05)。结论度洛西汀治疗初诊抑郁症患者具有非常确切的效果,能够显著下调初诊抑郁症患者CRP、IL-1等血清细胞因子水平,提高免疫功能,效果优于舍曲林,安全性高。Objective To analyze the effects of different drugs on serum cytokine levels in newly diagnosed patients with depression by using duloxetine and other antidepressants in the treatment of newly diagnosed patients with depression.Methods A total of 82 newly diagnosed depression patients admitted to the Department of Psychiatry of Heze Third People's Hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were conveniently selected as the objects of this study.They were randomized by double-blind method,with forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sertraline and the observation group with duloxetine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of CRP,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin observation group were closer to normal values,and the difference was statistically significant compared with control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than 78.05%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.145,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(χ^(2)=0.185,P>0.05).Conclusion Duloxetine has a very specific effect in the treatment of newly diagnosed depression patients.It can significantly reduce the levels of CRP,IL-1 and other serum cytokines in newly diagnosed depression patients and improve immune function.The effect is better than Sertraline,and the safety is high.
