摘 要:目的探讨强化健康教育对住院患者留取尿标本依从性和正确率的影响。方法简单随机抽取2021年5月—2022年5月厦门大学附属第一医院住院患者100例作为研究对象,使用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组和观察组采用的宣教方法分别为常规健康教育、强化健康教育,对比两组的留取尿标本依从性、留取尿标本正确率、宣教前后的负面情绪、自我管理能力及宣教满意度。结果观察组留取尿标本依从性和留取尿标本正确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宣教后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宣教后的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的宣教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育不仅可以有效提高住院患者的留取尿标本依从性和留取尿标本正确率,还可以减轻其负面情绪,增强其自我管理能力,提升其宣教满意度,临床可进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of strengthening health education on the compliance and correct rate of urine specimen collection in hospitalized patients.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,100 patients who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were simple randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The propaganda and education methods adopted by the control group and the observation group were routine health education and intensive health education respectively.The compliance of taking urine samples,the correct rate of taking urine samples,negative emotions before and after mission,self-management ability and satisfaction with mission were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance and correct rate of taking urine samples in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-care ability scale(ESCA)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mission satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health education can not only effectively improve the compliance of urine specimen collection and the correct rate of urine specimen collection in inpatients,but also reduce their negative emotions,enhance their self-management ability,and improve their satisfaction with education.It can be further promoted in clinical practice.
