协同护理模式下早期运动干预对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者术后恢复的影响分析

摘　　要：目的浅析协同护理模式下早期运动干预对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者术后恢复的影响。方法方便选取2020年10月—2022年10月期间厦门大学附属第一医院收治的127例腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(63例)和观察组(64例),对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上接受协同护理模式下早期运动干预,共干预2周。比较两组肠道功能恢复时间(首次排气时间、排便时间、进半流质食物时间)、术后并发症(深静脉血栓、肺部感染、泌尿系感染)发生率,并采用癌症患者自我管理测评量表评估两组患者的自我管理水平。结果观察组首次排气时间、排便时间、进半流质食物时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前癌症患者自我管理测评量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后癌症患者自我管理测评量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者实施协同护理模式下早期运动干预可以提高其自我管理能力水平,加快其肠道功能恢复速度,减少术后并发症。Objective To analyze the effect of early exercise intervention under the collaborative care model on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 127 patients with laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2020 to October 2022 were conveniently selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(63 cases)and an observation group(64 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received early exercise intervention under collaborative nursing mode on the basis of the control group,for a total of 2 weeks of intervention.The recovery time of intestinal function(time of first exhaust,time of defecation,time of entering semi liquid food)and the incidence of postoperative complications(deep vein thrombosis,pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection)were compared between the two groups,and the self-management level of patients in the two groups was evaluated by the self-management scale for cancer patients.Results The observation group had shorter first exhaust time,defecation time,and intake time of semi liquid food compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the self-management assessment scale for cancer patients between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the self-management assessment scale scores of cancer patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early exercise intervention under the collaborative care model for laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery patients can improve the lev
