摘　　要：胸腰椎压缩性骨折在临床多表现为腰背部疼痛、脊柱功能活动受限及后凸畸形等症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,微创介入治疗技术在临床治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折中获得了较好的疗效。本文综述了经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)、经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)、经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术及射频椎体后凸成形术等微创介入治疗技术的研究现状和发展趋势,为今后临床运用提供参考。Thoracolumbar compression fracture is often clinically manifested as low back pain,limited spinal functional activities and kyphosis,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.In recent years,minimally invasive interventional therapy has achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures.This paper reviews percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP),percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP),percutaneous pedicle screw fixation,radiofrequency kyphoplasty and other minimally invasive interventional therapy techniques,which provide reference for future clinical application.
