参芪强心汤治疗冠心病心力衰竭的有效率及对中医症候积分的影响

摘　　要：目的研究参芪强心汤应用于冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的效果,分析对有效率及中医症候积分的影响。方法随机择取2017年1月—2021年12月在淄博市中医医院就诊的100例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,通过计算机随机分组法规范分组,对照组50例患者实施常规西医治疗,观察组50例患者则加用参芪强心汤治疗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果用药4周后,观察组LVEF(51.00±4.02)%、CO(27.96±3.74)L/min、6MWT(530.46±82.93)m均高于对照组,LVEDD(42.60±2.35)mm、LVESD(32.04±1.43)mm、BNP(366.20±58.96)ng/L、NT-proBNP(864.46±50.27)ng/L水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.753、6.892、12.332、15.127、22.121、20.196、64.559,P<0.05)。用药4周后,观察组中医症候积分(6.80±0.71)分、MLHFQ评分(20.06±3.41)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.939、16.395,P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P=0.014)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对冠心病心力衰竭患者实施参芪强心汤治疗具有较高的有效性与安全性,并可降低中医症候积分,较好地改善心力衰竭症状、心功能,提升生活质量。Objective To study the effect of Shenqi Qiangxin Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart failure,and analyze the effect on effective rate and TCM symptom score.Methods From January 2017 to December 2021,100 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were treated at Zibo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly selected as the research subjects,and standardized grouping was conducted through computer random grouping method.The control group of 50 patients received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group of 50 patients received additional treatment with Shenqi Qiangxin Decoction.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the LVEF(51.00±4.02)%,CO(27.96±3.74)L/min and 6MWT(530.46±82.93)m values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,LVEDD(42.60±2.35)mm,LVESD(32.04±1.43)mm,BNP(366.20±58.96)ng/L,NT-pro BNP(864.46±50.27)ng/L levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.753,6.892,12.332,15.127,22.121,20.196,64.559,P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score(6.80±0.71)points and MLHFQ score(20.06±3.41)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.939,16.395,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P=0.014).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Qiangxin Decoction has high efficacy and safety in the treatment of patients with coronary heart failure,and can promote the decline of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,improve the symptoms of heart failure,heart function,and improve the quality of life.
