三叉神经微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三叉神经微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法便利选择南通市中医院2016年1月—2021年1月收治的108例原发性三叉神经痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组研究,对照组予以常规用药治疗(n=54),观察组予以三叉神经血管减压术治疗(n=54)。观察两组治疗成效,并分析探讨观察组经三叉神经微血管减压术治疗后发生的主要并发症及其处理方法。结果观察组临床总有效率100.00%高于对照组81.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.020,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后疼痛程度评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.832,P<0.05)。在1年随访观察中未出现致残、死亡病例。结论三叉神经微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛具有明显成效,术中针对各个患者原发性三叉神经痛主要病因治疗,经治疗后可解除神经血压压迫,有效性较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy,main complications and management of primary trigeminal neuralgia treated by microvascular decompression of trigeminal nerve.Methods A total of one 108 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted to Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to January 2021 were conveniently selected and grouped by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional medication(n=54).The observation group was treated with trigeminal neurovascular decompression(n=54).The treatment effect of the two groups was observed,and the main complications and treatment methods of the observation group after the treatment of trigeminal nerve microvascular decompression were analyzed.Results The total clinical effective rate of 100.00%in the observation group was higher than 81.48%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.020,P<0.05).The degree of pain score in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=16.832,P<0.05).There were no cases of disability or death during the one-year follow-up observation.Conclusion The treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia by microvascular decompression of trigeminal nerve has obvious effect.The main causes of primary trigeminal neuralgia in each patient are treated during the operation.After treatment,nerve pressure compression can be relieved,which is highly effective and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
