腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及对生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤患者后的疗效及生活质量。方法随机选择2020年8月—2021年8月福建省妇幼保健院接受诊治的60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,经系统抽样后,确定研究组30例、对照组30例。对照组采用常规开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗措施,研究组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗措施。对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、临床指标、生活质量等情况。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、胃肠功能恢复时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量指标中的心理功能、物质生活状态、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术医治子宫肌瘤患者的疗效更好,患者的症状有较好的改善,有效缩短患者的胃肠功能恢复时间及住院时间,促进患者恢复到正常的生活质量水平。Objective To analyze the specific effects of laparoscopic myomectomy in the clinical treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,60 patients with uterine fibroids treated in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly selected as the research objects.After systematic sampling,30 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group were determined.The control group was treated with conventional laparotomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The total effective rate,clinical indicators and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and gastrointestinal function recovery time of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function,material life status and social function in the quality of life indicators of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy is more effective in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.The symptoms of patients are improved,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time are effectively shortened,and the quality of life of patients is restored to normal.
