单切口双钢板固定治疗胫腓骨远端骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单切口双钢板固定术在胫腓骨远端骨折中的治疗效果。方法随机选取2019年1月—2022年8月宿迁市中西医结合医院收治的胫腓骨远端骨折60例患者为研究对象,按照抽签法分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采取双切口双钢板固定术治疗,观察组采取单切口双钢板固定术进行治疗。对比两组患者手术指标、Johner-Wruhs评分、手术优良率和并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术各项指标比对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术结束初期,两组患者Johner-Wruhs评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);恢复后,观察组Johner-Wruhs评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术优良率为93.33%明显高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单切口双钢板固定术可以有效缩短胫腓骨远端骨折患者的手术时间,并提高骨折患者的恢复情况。Objective To Explore the therapeutic effect of single incision double plate fixation in distal tibial fractures.Methods 60 patients with distal tibial fractures admitted to the Suqian Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots,30 cases each group.The control group was treated with double incision double plate fixation,while the observation group was treated with single incision double plate fixation.Compared the surgical indicators,Johner Wruhs score,as well as the incidence of surgical excellence and complications between the two groups of patients.Results The observation group had better surgical indicators than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the beginning of the surgery,the Johner Wruhs scores of the two groups of patients were similar,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after recovery,the Johner Wruhs score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of surgery in the observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 56.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Single incision double plate fixation can effectively shorten the surgical time and recovery of patients with distal tibial fractures.
