咽喉冲剂联合布地奈德雾化治疗声带息肉及声带小结的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨病发声带息肉和声带小结患者行咽喉冲剂联合布地奈德雾化治疗的效果。方法随机选取2019年6月—2022年5月江苏省启东市中医院耳鼻咽喉科收治罹患声带息肉和小结患者100例为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组50例。行布地奈德治疗的患者为对照组,加行咽喉冲剂治疗的为观察组,对两组疗效、症状体征分值、嗓音学指标进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组疗效为94.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037)。治疗后,观察组症状体征评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组嗓音学各项指数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论声带息肉和声带小结患者临床以咽喉冲剂和布地奈德雾化吸入结合治疗,可提高有效率,同时改善临床不良表现。Objective To investigate the effect of pharyngeal flush combined with budesonide nebulization in patients with vocal cord polyps and vocal cord nodules.Methods A total of 100 patients with polyps and nodules of vocal cords admitted to the Otolaryngology Department of Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from June 2019 to May 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The efficacy,symptom and sign scores,and vocal indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group curative effect was 94.00%higher than that of control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037).After treatment,the symptom and sign scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with throat infusion and budesonide aerosol inhalation for patients with vocal polyps and nodules can improve the effective rate and improve the clinical adverse manifestations.
