中药补肝汤加味治疗帕金森病伴发抑郁患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究与分析中药补肝汤加味治疗帕金森病伴发抑郁患者的疗效。方法方便选取三九脑科医院2019年5月—2021年2月收治的帕金森病伴发抑郁患者164例,采用随机数表法分为两组,各82例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药补肝汤加味治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后帕金森患者综合评分量表、帕金森患者生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)、汉密尔顿抑郁评分量表17项(HAMD-17)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果两组治疗后UPDRS、PDQ-39、HAMD-17及SDS评分均低于治疗前,观察组治疗后UPDRS、PDQ-39、HAMD-17及SDS评分分别为(15.14±2.63)分、(22.61±1.98)分、(52.23±3.24)分、(17.51±3.66)分,低于对照组的(18.25±2.66)分、(24.25±1.77)分、(57.69±4.11)分、(25.42±3.89)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.529、5.592、9.447、13.411,P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用中药补肝汤加味治疗帕金森病伴发抑郁患者相比于常规治疗而言可有效地改善患者的临床症状及体征,整体预后表现更好。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of herbal Bugan decoction Jiawei on Parkinson's disease with depression.Methods Sixty-four patients with Parkinson's disease accompanied by depression admitted to Guangdong Sanjiu Brain Hospital from May 2019 to February 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into groups by random number table method,with eighty-two patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with herbal Bugan decoction Jiawei on the basis of control group.The PD comprehensive score scale,PD Patients'Quality of Life Questionnaire(PDQ-39),17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-17)score and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The UPDRS,PDQ-39,HAMD-17 and SDS scores in both groups after treatment were lower than before treatment,the UPDRS,PDQ-39,HAMD-17 and SDS scores of observation group were(15.14±2.63)points,(22.61±1.98)points,(52.23±3.24)points and(17.51±3.66)points,respectively,lower than those of the control group(18.25±2.66)points,(24.25±1.77)points,(57.69±4.11)points and(25.42±3.89)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.529,5.592,9.447,13.411,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Parkinson's disease accompanied by depression can be effectively improved by adding herbal Bugan decoction Jiawei on the basis of conventional treatment,and the overall prognosis is better.
