分级护理干预对糖尿病足溃疡患者行VSD治疗中的作用及对其血糖水平分析

摘　　要：目的分析对行负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing draina,VSD)治疗的糖尿病足溃疡患者,在临床护理工作中开展分级护理干预取得的效果和价值。方法回顾性分析2021年3月—2022年4月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的给予VSD治疗的50例糖尿病足溃疡患者,按照不同护理操作分组,每组25例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施分级护理干预。对比两组护理满意度、血糖水平及护理后生活质量指标。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者血糖水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行VSD治疗的糖尿病足溃疡患者开展护理工作,采取分级护理干预模式,可控制机体血糖水平并促进创面愈合和溃疡修复。Objective To analyze the effect and value of graded nursing intervention in clinical nursing work for patients with diabetic foot ulcer treated with vacuum sealing drainage(vacuum sealing draina,VSD).Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with diabetic foot ulcers treated with VSD in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2021 to April 2022 was performed.They were divided into groups according to different nursing operations,25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given graded nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction,blood glucose level and quality of life indicators after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out nursing work for patients with diabetic foot ulcers treated with VSD and adopting a graded nursing intervention model can control the body's blood glucose level and promote wound healing and ulcer repair.
