综合化护理在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究综合化护理干预措施在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年5月陆军第七十三集团军医院妇科收治的80例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,使用双盲法随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组综合化护理方法,比较两组患者空腹血糖值、肛门首次排气时间、住院时间、心理健康状况、并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果观察组空腹血糖水平低于对照组,肛门首次排气、平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹腔感染、持续疼痛、尿潴留并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者护理中,采取综合化护理效果理想,可维持空腹血糖指标稳定,并缩短肛门首次排气时间、患者住院时间。缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率,有利于提升患者护理满意度。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty patients with hysteromyoma complicated with diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology of the 73rd Army Group Hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 patients in each group by double blind method.The control group was taken routine nursing measures and the observation group was taken comprehensive nursing methods.To compare the fasting blood glucose value,the time of first anal exhaust,the length of hospitalization,mental health status,complication rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the first anal exhaust time and average hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of abdominal infection,persistent pain and urinary retention complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids complicated with diabetes mellitus,the effect of comprehensive nursing is ideal,which can maintain the stability of fasting blood glucose index,shorten the time of the first anal exhaust and the hospitalization time of patients.Relieving patients'anxiety and depression and reducing the incidence of complications are conducive to improving patients'nursing satisfaction.
