摘 要:随着社会进步及经济水平的提高,鲍德里亚的“消费社会”理论广泛出现并渗透到世界各地,随之影响着城市更新发展。文章从消费社会具有的符号价值和大众媒介两方面特征分析,列举国内外工业遗产改造为酒店的案例,分析了消费社会背景下酒店类工业遗产保护更新的优势。并以苏州市第三纺织机械厂的更新改造为例,探讨了消费社会导向下工业遗产改造为酒店的更新方式,在保护与开发的平衡、符号价值的正确传导,以及更新的土地性质变更三个方面所带来的影响。With the social progress and economic improvement,Baudrillard's theory of“consumer society”has appeared widely and penetrated all over the world,which has affected the urban renewal and development.Based on the analysis on the semiotic value and mass media characteristics of the consumer society,the paper gives examples of the transformation of industrial heritage into hotels at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages of the protection and renewal of hotel industrial heritage under the background of the consumer society,and takes the renovation of Suzhou No.3 Textile Machinery Factory as an example.This paper discusses the renewal model of transforming industrial heritage into hotel under the guidance of consumer society,and also its influence on the balance between protection and development,the correct conduction of semiotic value and the change in the property of the renewed land.
